1) CAEinc Standard Preinstalled Program Library with or without System Software(s): CAESETS is:

  1. A complete system: Hardware computer (No outside attachment ) plus entire software/firmware (Win2000/XP/2003/98/ME/XDOS),
  2. A Dual-use External SATA Hard-disk Mobile Drive:
    • Independent Use:
        Connection through a steel strip plate SATA socket (provided by Vendor if needed), which can be placed at the back of a computer (Plug-&-Run afterwords)
      • Complete by itself with system software by Vendor (preferably Windows 2000 or Window 2000 server)
          LAN (Local Area Network) SYSTEM:
        • Advanced Configuration -- NO PHONE LINE NOR INTERNET SERVICE NEEDED (SEE 4, 5 and 6 for license )
        • Ordinary Configuration -- INTERNET SERVICE NEEDED

          WAN (Wide Area Network) SYSTEM: Reserved for only Franchisee
      • Able to function completely alone without any other hard disk
      • End user System hard disk as add-on data hard disk that tugs along
    • USB Hard-disk Use: Plug-&-Run as add-on hard disk to your windows System

  3. A mobile rack frame: A regular hard disk in a case plus an external frame to fit into your computer,
  4. A 540 MEG Magneto-optical (M-O) disk: (XDOS only) You must have a bootable SCSI CARD for the magneto-optical drive to boot from the M-O disk.
    The recommended drives are JAPAN's FUJITSU BRAND from Vendor's inventory.

2) FRANCHISE & DISTRIBUTORSHIP

2-1) FRANCHISE (Vendor seeking actively in all regions to form a WAN clusters to reduce the WAN distances): A FRANCHISEE must maintain a Computation Center in operation for VPN WAN (Wide-Area Network) SERVICES during normal office hours or more than normal office hours to generate revenues as much as possible.
You must have advertisement to promote the services/products. A cooperative advertisement with CAEinc must be made or an annual frachise fee must be paid.

    The equipments shall have at least:
  1. a Big P C (server grade) with minimum 2 GIG of RAM (The more the better),
  2. A broad-band modem with a fixed I P Address (A Floating I P Address may be approved.) System Service,
  3. A VPN (Virtual Private Network) server grade router,

  4. Two dedicated telephone lines or its equivalent device and
  5. A hard disk driver system that is compatible with CAESETS PLUG-&-RUN hard disk system.

In summary, a preferred system shall include a hard disk of 160 gig to 250 gig GIG or so to handle big jobs. (say 40000 Degree of Freedom or so) This hard disk can be a component of the mobile rack frame.

2-2) DISTRIBUTORSHIP: A DISTRIBUTOR must purchase a CAESETS at a 50 percent discount price: see (Article 8 of Lease Agreement), see and see if it is without FRANCHISE. If a FRANCHISEE is also a DISTRIBUTOR, then 2-1) requirements rule.
A distributor is an entity that does sale/delivery of CAEinc Softwares and/or products to an end user site conventionally and does NOT, at host(server) site, observe daily how CAESETS is used by the end user at the end user site.

3) COMPLEMENTARY PRODUCTS ALLIANCES

Software developers who are willing to do VERTICAL INTEGRATION to link with CAEinc HyperSTRUDL or other softwares can obtain technical assistance from CAEinc. You can take advantage of the TRUE #1 HyperSTRUDL's TECHNOLOGICAL SUPREMACY to increase the sale of your products. It is completely OPEN in its data management. ALL FILES are TEXT (ASCII) FILES to give universal portability and adaptability that other vendor(s) can/will NOT do. This way, Caeinc will NEVER LOCK YOU IN while others will. You have no risk in this respect. CAEinc is the oldest and most stable software company since 1971 before P C was born. No software company in U S history ever lasts this long because Caeinc possesses BIG BRAIN POWER CONCENTRATION unmatched by others.   • All softwares that do code checking, particularly foreign design codes.
  • All STEEL DESIGN CODES [Foreign or U S domestic (ASD code NOT needed)], Particularly LOAD & RESISTANCE FACTOR DESIGN
  • Complete Concrete DESIGN CODES for US and/or CHINA(steel design included).
  • section property data bases that have been or can be converted from paper medium to TEXT (ASCII) Format in disk. (Caeinc would pay you for them.)

4) COMPLEMENTARY BUSINESS ALLIANCES

Capitalists who can provide payments and/or resources for PAPER MEDIA and/or other media.(T V or Radio) This way, the COMPUTATION CENTER(S) can inform WORLD-WIDE users who then can VPN-connect for the services - currently the only-one in the industry. Thus it can gain greater market share.
