In theory: Except time-history analysis, no structure can be analyzed
for commercially useful non-linear dynamic analysis.
A non-linear structure must be first linearized befor dynamic
analysis, which is based on a second order differential
equation, can be performed.
A non-linear structure with geometric displacement (big or small) can be linearized
after its final converging position is obtained.
Vendor's USP (Hyper-STRUDL) can do all above to linearize such structures.
