1) Preprocesor_1(PrePre_1) and Preprocesor_2(PrePre_2) of preprocesors can NOT be too far from the host to clients for WAN-to-WAN. This was due to restriction Windows Systems had and have phased in. However, LAN (or short distance WAN-to-WAN) was and is functional.
1-1) For LAN, Vendor will provide Standard Preinstalled Program Library inside a Computer Hardware with PrePre_1, PrePre_2 and others.
1-2) Further, all other programs can be in Linux system. One of them is Ubuntu Kylin (Kirin).

2) Vendor is seeking to acquire/license from third party software that is capable to bypass such Windows Restriction. Please contact Vendor: partner@setsvpn.com and/or partner@caesets.net.

3) To achieve above goal, Vendor is looking to hire employee or to contract out to people who understand:
a) C/C++ and Fortran to convert to Linux System, or
b) Internet WAN-to-WAN communication to bypass Windows Restriction.
